- Orders are generally dispatched within 24 - 48 hours (on business days) from warehouse. Delays are expected during high-profile (and high-volume) campaign periods.
- All orders are sent with paid postage, with tracking, covered by transit insurance and packaged/protected adequately for their journey from our warehouse to your door!
- Once dispatched you'll be notified by email with your order's tracking number. Delivery progress can then be tracked on the carrier's website.
- We take pride in our shipping and delivery, both in timeframe and the quality of carrier/service. We believe that delivery is a strong part of a pleasant online shopping experience
- Delivery time takes up to 40 business days from the date your payment is received depending on your delivery address. Delays are expected during high-profile (and high-volume) campaign periods.
- Generally, deliveries to rural areas can take longer than to other areas.
- The estimated delivery times are in business days (Monday through Friday) excluding Public holidays.
PACKAGING, LABELLING, TAGGING & GIFTING:
The reason for this is that all of our items are packaged are sent very plainly by default. The default packaging and presentation is simple and minimalist for two main reasons: 1) we are an online retailer with highly competitive pricing; 2) Not all items being purchased by our customers are gifts for others and therefore do not require additional packaging and labelling costs (which include things like pouches, gift boxes, swing tags, holograms etc). If we included these things with every item we sold, we'd be forced to build them into our pricing which, in simple terms, means you would have to unnecessarily incur more cost for each item you purchase.
We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please ensure to input the correct shipping address. The customer is responsible for further shipping charges should the order be returned due to insufficient shipping information.
We accept orders shipped to business addresses. Please ensure to include the business name, floor level if applicable and any other relevant information. Orders shipped to these addresses can be sent via Standard or Express service.
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes.
IF UNABLE TO DELIVER
If no one is available at the time of delivery the delivery driver will leave a card letting you know details of how to pickup your parcel or arrange for a re-delivery or drop the item in the letterbox.
